Introduction about Church Kanganpur

A church is a place of worship for Christians. Here they gather to perform their religious activities and obligations. New Apostolic Church Kanganpur is a beautiful church of our city Kanganpur. It is located near Thana Morr in front of Dar e Arqam School Kanganpur Tehsil Chunian District Kasur. Total area of New Apostolic Church is one canal only. It is a small church having beautiful grassy lawns and plants.

 Moreover New Apostolic Church is not a Pre-partitiion monument. New Apostolic Kanganpur was constructed in 1990 A. D by the local Christian community of Kanganpur. The first Priest of New Apostolic Church was Pastor Dilawar Masih Sabir who was a very nice, God fearing and kind hearted man. The local Christian community named New Apostolic Church as Church Number 2 as well.

 Pastor Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan

The present Priest of New Apostolic Church is Pastor Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan. In addition Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan is a well educated man. He is performing his services as Elementary School Educator at Government High School Kanganpur from last three years. His academic qualification is Master in Urdu and Education. Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan is also founder of Chief School System Academy Kanganpur where he provides free education to Christian children.

Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan also arranges healing sessions in this church. He also takes part in on line healing services. Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan also participated in a religious healing program of Isaac Television. 

In 2007, with efforts of Pastor Aslam Sheraz Khan, Madam Joius Rophan Julius, the then MPA & Parliamentary Secretary Punjab visited New Apostolic Kanganpur. A grand ceremony was conducted in respect of Madam Joius Rophan Julius. Mr. Munir Hussain Haidery took the responsibility of stage secretary ship. In this ceremony, Madam Joius Rophan Julius announced to release funds for the construction of New building of New Church Kanganpur and four walls of Christian cemetery. 

indeed Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan is a sincere Preacher of Christianity. Mr. Aslam Sheraz Khan not only arranges weekly services but also arranges two weeks services and Monthly services for local Christian community in Church Kanganpur. Here is also complete arrangements of Thanksgiving services and Good Friday Services. Christmas and Easter celebrations and prayers are also arranged by Pastor Aslam Sheraz Khan with full religious devotion and anthusism. Mr. Ashraf Sheraz Khan and Mr. Akram Sheraz Khan are brothers of Pastor Aslam Sheraz Khan who assist Aslam Sheraz Khan in arranging all the religious ceremonies in New Apostolic Kanganpur.
