From its foundation in 1997, Mr. Reverend Irshad Masih has been serving Light of The World Ministries Church Kot Bismillah Kanganpur as its pastor. Reverend Irshad Masih is a learned man. He was born on 12th August 1970 in the house of Late Imam Masih and Rasheedaan Bibi. He has two brothers and two sisters. Reverend Irshad Masih lived at Kot Bismillah Kanganpur.
Qualification
In Academic, Reverend Irshad Masih passed his Matriculation in 1986 from Government High School Kanganpur. He obtained his Higher Secondary School Certificate in 1988 from Government Islamia Degree College Kasur. Furhter Education, he also received the degree of Bachelor in 2004 from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad through distance learning system.
In religious education, Reverend Irshad Masih obtained the diploma in Theology from Open Theological Seminary Lahore in 2003.He passed Teacher Training Course in 2001 from Institute for Basic Adult Development and Training Center Raiwind Road Lahore. Then He received 3 years degree of Master in Divinity from Lahore College of Theology in 2001. Moreover, he is also licentiate in theology from Church Foundation Bible School st Thomas Center Raiwind Road Lahore in 2006. After receiving above degree he received degree of Master of Theology from Pakistan Theological Seminary DilKusha Garden Lahore on 6th January 2021.

Mr. Irshad Masih has served as Civilian Clerk in 599 EME Battalion Army Aviation Multan from26 june 1995 to 04 August 1996. After above job, he is serving Punjab School Education Department from 22nd May 1998 to till now.
Mr. Reverend Irshad Masih is the only Govt. registered Nikah Registrar of Christian community of Town Committee Kanganpur from 2001.He is also serving as Coordinator of Pastors Peace Alliance for Tehsil Chunian from 2019 to till now.
Mr. Irshad Masih is also working as District Kasur Coordinator of Pastors Alliance Lahore from 2020 to till now. He is also Chief Organizer of Christian Loyals Kanganpur. He is Principal of Solid Lock Bible College Kanganpur. Pastor Irshad Masih is Senior Vice Chairman of Tehsil Chunian National Peace Committee For Interfaith Harmony Government of Pakistan.
