Final He got the degree of Master of Arts in Political Science as a private student from The University of The Punjab Lahore in 1999.

Mr. Zia Ul Haq passed the examination of Bachelor of Education in 2000 from The University of The Punjab Lahore. He also received the degree M. Ed in 2001 from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad through distance learning system.
