Ch. Afsar Raza Khan is a renowned personality of Kanganpur city. He is a famous advocate and Political leader of Kanganpur. Ch. Afsar Raza Khan Advocate was born on 1st March 1988. The name of his father is Ch. Hammad Raza Khan. Ch. Afsar Raza Khan Advocate lives at Mohallah Mughalaanwala Kanganpur Tehsil Chunian District Kasur. He has two sisters and four brothers. The names of all his four brothers are Ch. Faisal Raza Khan Advocate, Ch. Adeel Raza Khan, Ch. Usama Raza Khan and Ch. Huzaifa Raza Khan. Ch. Afsar Raza Khan Advocate was married on 2nd March 2019. He has two little daughters. The names of his daughters are Mishal Fatima and Ishal Fatima. Ch. Afsar Raza Khan is nephew of Ch. Ahsan Raza Khan Ex MPA & Parliamentary Secretary Literacy and Non Formal Education Punjab.
Qualification
Ch. Afsar Raza Khan received his early education till class 9th from Syed Foundation Public High School Kanganpur. Then he got admission in Allama Iqbal Cadet High School Kasur and passed his Matriculation in 2004. Ch. Afsar Raza Khan Advocate passed Higher Secondary School Certificate from Government Islamia Degree College Kasur in 2006. After this, he was admitted to Mansora Degree College Wahdat Road Lahore and obtained the degree of Bachelor of Arts in 2008. Mr. Afsar Raza Khan obtained the degree L. L. B from Punjab Law College Lahore during the session 2008-2012.
Member of Bar Council
Ch. Afsar Raza Khan became the member of Punjab Bar Council in 2013. He became the member of Lahore High Court Bar in 2015. Presently, Mr. Afsar Raza Khan is member of Bar Association Chunian.
Mr. Afsar Raza Khan Advocate also worked as Member Human Rights Protection Committee Lahore High Court Bar Association and for showing outstanding performance, Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali Chief Justice Lahore High Court awarded him a memento.
Mr. Afsar Raza Khan also worked as Deputy Chairman Seminar & Symposium Committee Lahore High Court Bar Association.

Mr. Afsar Raza Khan Advocate worked as General Secretary of Debating Society studying at Punjab Law College Lahore in 2011. He is an excellent debater. Mr. Afsar Raza Khan obtained 2nd position in All Pakistan Debate Competition in 2011. Mr. Afsar Raza Khan is a good player of cricket. He remained Captain of Cricket team of Mansora Degree College Wahdat Road Lahore in 2007. He is also a good player of Liaqat Memorial Hockey Club Kanganpur.
Organizational & Political Work
Mr. Afsar Raza Khan started his organizational work from the platform of Anjmun Talba Islam(ATI) City Kanganpur. He worked as City Nazim Anjmun Talba Islam(ATI) City Kanganpur during 2008-2009. He also worked as District Nazim Anjmun Talba Islam District Kasur during 2010-2011. Afsar Raza became Rukan of ATI in 2012. Mr. Afsar Raza Khan worked as Joint Secretary Anjmun Talba Islam Punjab during 2012-2013.
Mr. Afsar Raza Khan became President Nawaz Sharif Tigers Force PP 180 in 2013. He also became Chairman Sports Committee of Lahore High Court Bar in 2016. Mr. Afsar Raza Khan is working as Present President of Mustafai Tehreek City Kanganpur. Last but not least, Mr. Afsar Raza Khan is Ticket holder of Pakistan Muslim League (N) for the seat of Chairman Union Council Saresar Hathaarr in 2016. He loses this election from 70 votes. He wants to stand in Tehsil Council Election now.
