Introduction of Late Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori of Kanganpur
Late Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori was a prominent educational and religious personality of the Kanganpur area. He was born in 1925 at village Nangal Tehsil Najeebabad District Bijnor.
This village is situated on the bank of river Ganga. He received his basic education till middle from his village Nangal. His father wanted to see his son as a religious scholar.
So Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori Sahib sent to Rampur to get admission in Madrasa Qasimia. It was the tradition of that time that the religious Madrasas were run with Zakat, charity and donations.
Every student allotted a house of a rich Muslim that provided breakfast, lunch and dinner to the student of Religious Madrasa. A house was also allotted to Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori.
At that time, he was 14 years old. When he went to bring a meal from allotted Muslim house, he had to wait for a long time at the gate of allotted house. All that hurts his self-respect, honour and modesty.
His self-respect couldn’t bear to stand like a beggar at the door of any house for sake of meal. He hardly studied a year in Madrasa Qasimia Rampur and left this Madrasa. He started preparing for the exam of Munshi Fazil.
Soon he passed the exam of Munshi Fazil as a private candidate from University of Ellahabad. He soon got a job as Persian teacher at Mukandpur town in district Jalandhar. He was also a beautiful Urdu poet. At that time, the independence movement was in full swing.
As Poet
He wrote poem for Pakistan Movement in this way:
توفیق بخش یارب خدمت کریں وطن کی
ہوں خون سے ہمارے سیرابیاں چمن کی
شائستگی سے اپنی رونق ہو انجمن کی
حرص و طمع اگر ہو ہو صرف علم و فن کی
آذاد ہو خدایا جلدی وطن ہمارا
تیرے سوا ہمارا کوئی نہیں سہارا

سونت کر تلوار دوہری ہو کے گھوڑے پر سوار
حریت کا جھنڈا لہرا کر فضا میں استوار

پرورش اس سے ہوں پھر پودے چمن کے واسطے
مر مٹوں میں خدمتِ دین وطن کے واسطے

Migration History
In August 1947, when he returned to his house in Summer vacation from Mukandpur, the riots spread throughout his area. His house was also looted. He immediately left his village and settled in a safe place.
One of his best friends sent him his educational documents and advised him never to come in that village again. At that time of sorrow his whole family decided to migrate to Pakistan.
The cos-ions of his father had business relationships in Lahore. At first, he migrated alone and made proper arrangements for the settlement of his whole family.
After this, gradually, his family migrated and settled in Lahore. Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori migrated in 1949 and found a Government job as Persian teacher in Government High School Kanganpur.
Educational and Job Journey
Late Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori decided to increase his educational qualifications. He passed his matriculation in 1952. After passing F. A, he admitted in Lahore Training College in C.T (Certificate in Teaching) class in 1958.
He obtained the degree of Bachelor of Arts in 1959. Bijnori Sahib earned his degree of Master of Arts in Persian in 1961.
As he was Munshi Fazil, the Government issued him honorary degree of M.O.L (Master of Literature). He got the degree of Master of Arts in Urdu in 1962.
Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori worked as Professor and Head of Urdu Department in Anglo Arabic College Qabola near Arifwala for one year but soon resigned from this Professorship due to some conflicts with college management and again joined Government High School Kanganpur.
In 1981, he was promoted as Headmaster and posted in a high school in Yazman Mandi in Bhawalnagar. After some time, he was transferred in a school in village Kacha Pacha in District Kasur.
After this, he transferred in Government High School Shamkot Nau District Kasur. He worked there till his retirement in May 1985.
Others
Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori wrote a lot of educational guides for students. He wrote “Urdu Quwaid Insha” as well.
He translated “Dewan e Ganeemat” from Persian to Urdu as well. It is the greatest achievement of Late Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori that he wrote explaination of the Holy Quran entitled “Aasan Tafseer Al Quran”.
He completed this great task in 13 years. His eldest son Muhammad Khurshid Iqbal published this Tafseer after the death of Molana Mukhtar Hussain Naazir Alqasimi Bijnori in April 2006.
