About Doctor Fatima Ijaz

The administration of Kanganpur website is much pleased to post the introduction of guest resident Doctor Fatima Ijaz She is currently working as Principal Government Chando Begum Associate College for Women Kanganpur.

She was born on 4th January 1985 at Lahore. The name of her father is Ijaz-ur-Rehman. She permanently lives at 428 Nishtar Block Allama Iqbal Town Lahore. Painting, music, playing badminton and cricket are her spare time hobbies.

Educational Journey

Dr. Fatima Ijaz proved herself as a bright student throughout her academic career. She passed her Matriculation with Science subjects in 2000 from Govt. Comprehensive Girls High School Wahdat Road Lahore.

She did her F. Sc (Pre-Medical) in 2003 from Lahore College for Women University Lahore. Dr. Fatima Ijaz got the degree of BS in Chemistry (Specialized in Organic Chemistry) obtaining 3.97/4.00 CGPA in 2008 from Institute of Chemistry University of The Punjab Lahore.

Moreover, she earned the degree of MS in Chemistry (Specialized in Organic Chemistry) obtaining 3.94/4.00 CGPA in 2010 from Institute of Chemistry University of The Punjab Lahore. Dr. Fatima Ijaz obtained the degree of Doctorate of Philosophy specialized in Organic Chemistry in 2019 from Institute of Chemistry University of The Punjab Lahore.

She submitted her Ph. D research thesis on the topic of “Synthesis and Potential Applications of Oxo-quinolones and their Analogues” She conducted her Ph. D research under kind supervision of Prof. Dr. Munawar Ali Munawar University of the Punjab Lahore. She also obtained Diploma in Spoken English (July-September 2009) from Sheikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
