Introduction

Ch. Amjad Habib is a young Punjabi Poet of Kanganpur area. He was born on 6th July 1983 in the house of Ch. Punnu and Zahida Begum at Rehmat Street Mohallah Moti Masjid Mandi Kanganpur. He has one brother and two sisters.

His unmarried younger brother Ch. Bilal Punnu died of heart attack a year ago who was a very nice boy. Ch. Amjad Habib performed Umra in June July 2017.

Mr. Amjad Habib passed his Matriculation in 2000 from Government Higher Secondary School Kanganpur. He did his F. A from Government Higher Secondary School Kanganpur in 2005.

He got the degree of Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad through distance learning system. He obtained the degree of MBA in 2013 from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad.

Ch. Amjad Habib Poet of Kanganpur obtained the degree of LLB in 2019 from Bhao Udin Zikaria University Multan. He did M. A Urdu in 2020 from Sargodha University. He also did Bachelor of Education in 2009 from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad.

He also received Diploma in Computer in 2012, Diploma in Office Management in 2014 and Diploma in English in 2020.

Marriage & Children

Ch. Amjad Habib was married on 30th September 2012. He has two little daughters named Rasham Amjad Habib and Emaan Fatima Amjad.

Ch. Amjad Habib Poet of Kanganpur is new Comer in the field of Punjabi poetry. He started writing Punjabi poetry in 2016. He took part almost in every meeting of poets arranged by different Punjabi literary organization in Kanganpur.

Amjad Habib worked as Focal Person in NADRA Office Kanganpur. Presently he is performing his duties as Primary School Teacher in Punjab School Education Department at Government Primary School Qaziwala Markaz Kanganpur from 1st August 2017 to till now.
