Introduction of Shahid Amjad Ward
Shahid Amjad Ward is the oldest building of Rural Health Center Kanganpur. Rural Health Center Kanganpur situated near Kot Bismillah Canal Bridge. Shahid Amjad Ward consists upon 2 rooms. This Ward is not in use now as new building has constructed now. There affix three commemorative stones in Urdu language on the building of Shahid Amjad Ward Civil Hospital. First stone is aout inauguration. Second Stone is about opening of ward. Third stone is about Donors.
Inauguration of The Ward
These stones are foundation stone, inauguration stone and donors stone.
The foundation stone of Shahid Ward Civil Hospital Kanganpur laid with the hands of Shahid Amjad C. S. P. Assistant Commissioner Sub Division Chunian on 17th of December 1972. The foundation stone of Shahid Amjad Ward erected by Anjmun Behbodi Mareezaan (Registered) Sub Division Chunian.
The inauguration ceremony of Shahid Amjad Ward Civil Hospital celebrated with the hands Malik Meraj Khalid Federal Minister for law and Parliamentary affairs Government of Pakistan on 25th January 1975.
Donors for The Ward
The donors stone describes the personalities who donated Rupees 500/- or above for the construction of Shahid Amjad Ward Civil Hospital Kanganpur. Malik Meraj Khalid Sahib Federal Minister for law and Parliamentary affairs donated Rupees 13000. Shahid Amjad Sahib Assistant Commissioner Chunian donated Rupees 5000. Sardar Muhammad Ashiq Sahib MPA donated Rupees 3000. Anjmun Behbodi Mareezaan Chunian donated Rupees 2500. Seraj Din Sahib donated Rupees 1000. Malik Muhammad Ashiq Sahib donated Rupees 1000. Sufi Abdul Majeed Sahib donated Rupees 1000. Mirza Ghulam Nabi Sahib donated Rupees 550. Shahid Amjad Sahib Assistant Commissioner Chunian sent Rupees 500 from America.
Project Committee Anjmun Behbodi Mareezaan Chunian consisted upon Ch. Muhammad Saeed Sandhu Sahib, Mirza Ghulam Nabi Sahib President Anjmun Rafah e Ama (Registered) Kanganpur, Hakeem Mahboob Ali Shah General Secretary Anjmun Rafah e Ama (Registered) Kanganpur.
