Mr. Farrukh Saeed Kanganpur was born on 2nd October 1990. The name of his father is Muhammad Saeed. He lives at Rehman City Kanganpur Tehsil Chunian District Kasur.

Educational Qualification

Mian Farrukh Saeed passed his Matriculation with Science subjects in 2007 from Rangers Public School Kanganpur. He passed his F. Sc in 2009 from Rangers Public School & College Kanganpur. He obtained the degree of BS in Computer science from University of Education Lahore during the session 2009-2013.

He earned the degree of Master of Philosophy in Computer Science from Minhaj University Lahore during the session 2014-2016.

Job Description

Presently, Mr. Farrukh Saeed is working as Computer Teacher in Punjab School Education Department. He is also running Real Estate Business with the title ” Al-Hammad Estate Advisors & Developers”.

Other Information

Mr. Farrukh Saeed participated as Speaker at Aiwan E Sadar Islamabad and delivered his speech on the topic of “Pakistan Leaders of Tomorrow”. Not only this, also awarded a Certificate of Recognition by Asif Ali Zardari, the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 20th November 2012.

About Research Thesis

Mr. Farrukh Saeed is a young brilliant academic researcher of Kanganpur city. He submitted his research thesis of M. Phil in Computer Sciences to the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology Minhaj University Lahore.

Anyhow, He earned his M Phil Computer Science degree under registration number 3013F-mumpl-lit-05 during the session 2014-2016. The topic of his research thesis of Master of Philosophy in Computer Science is “Analysis of Security Issues in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET)”.

Mr. Farrukh Saeed conducted his research thesis under the supervision of Prof. Waseem Iqbal. Mr. Farrukh Saeed divided his research thesis into four Chapters. The name of four chapters are” Introduction”, “Literature Survey”, “Experimental Work” and ” Results and Discussion”.

Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a dynamic wireless network that does not require any fixed infrastructure, in which nodes are portable devices which communicate data wirelessly.

Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is developed from MANET. It is well known and modern type of network. It is widely used in vehicles to form intelligent transport system (Its). VANET is a heterogeneous hybrid network of internet service providers and cellular network in which vehicles frequently change their position.

In order to assess and monitor the performance of VANET I, e when it is under attack of Black Hole Attack which is major cause of denial of services. NCTUns 6.0 simulator used to measure the parameters such that throughput, network load and packet delivery ratio.
