Jamia Masjid Madina Meowaanwali is located at the junction of Mohalla Dhudian and Mohalla Kals Kanganpur. Jamia Masjid Madina Meowaanwali is a beautiful mosque. It is a jamia Masjid where Jumma prayer is offered from Last many years.
The name of present Imam Masjid is Syed Ashfaq Hussain Shah. Before Syed Ashfaq Hussain Shah, Late Mian Abdul Aziz Hashmi and Mian Ahmad Ali Shah worked as Imam Masjid of Jamya Masjid Madina Meowaanwali Kanganpur.
Jamya Masjid Madina Meowaanwali Kanganpur is officially a registered mosque of Ahal e Sunnat Wa Jamat of Hanfi Barailvi Muslims. In the absence of Imam Masjid, late Hafiz Afrog Hassan Qureshi, late Mukhtar Hussain Bajnori and Junaid Bajnori worked as Imam tamperarily.
Founder of The Mosque
The founder of Jamia Masjid Madina Meowaanwali Kanganpur was late Ch. Yasin Khan Nambardar. Late Ch. Yasin Khan Nambardar was the father of Ch. Ahsan Raza Khan Ex MPA & Parliamentary Secretary Literacy and Non formal Education Punjab. The names of the Moazzans declared till now Abdul Waheed Khan, Saleem Shah, Hadayat Ullah Faizi and Ahmad Shuaib.

History Written on Commemorative Stone
According to an Urdu Commemorative Stone affixed over the main entrance of the mosque, the foundation stone of Jamiya Masjid Madina Meowaanwali Kanganpur was laid by Rao Tehseen Ahmad Tehseen Administrator Town Committee Kanganpur & First class Magistrate Chunian on 12th of Muharram 1399 hijari according to 13th of December 1978 A.D.
Facilities
Anyhow Jamiya Masjid Madina Meowaanwali Kanganpur has the facilities of Water supply, electricity and Soi gas. Here is also facility of hot water and washrooms. Hujra for Imam Masjid also built inside the four walls of mosque. The expenditure of the mosque was done with fundraising among the residents of the Mohalla.
