About Wagajj by Irshad Sandhu
“Wagajj” is a beautiful collection of Punjabi poetry in shape of poems written by renowned Poet Irshad Sandhu of Kanganpur area.
“Wagaj” was published in November 2017 by Punjabi Markaz 129 Aziz Manzil Humza Town 19-Waan Km, Ferozpur road Lahore and printed by Akram Press Lahore.
Price
It’s price is 300 rupees for Pakistan and $ 25 for out of country. “Wagaj” printed under ISBN 978-969-7607-06-08. Total pages of “Waggajj” are 144. In short, “Waggajj” is a beautiful book by its printing standards.
Award
“Wagaj” proved a very popular and successful book of its time. Mr. Irshaad Sandhu received Qandel E Adal Award from Punjab High Court on behalf of his book “Wagaj”.
Gurumukhi Version
Because of the popularity of the poetry of Irshaad Sandhu, “Wagaj” published in Gurumukhi script by Taleef Parkashan Barnala East Punjab, India in 2018.
We are lucky enough to have both Shahmukhi and Gurmukhi versions of “Wagaj”. So we are going to post both Shahmukhi and Gurmukhi versions for our worthy visitors.
Other
The poetry of Irshad Sandhu is very popular in East Punjab. His poems wrote on the gates and walls of offices of the Public and private schools in East Punjab, India.
