These literary figures have mentioned in Risala Kangan. There are sixteen women and eighty-five men who mentioned in the best personalities of the year.

Famous names among male writers are Sabir Raza, Zahid, Dr. Kalyan Singh Kalyan, AH Atif, Javed Botha, Zubair Ahmed, Muhammad Sajid and Arshad Manzoor etc. Women writers include Samina Butt, Amara, Nighat Akram and the famous columnist and analyst Sughra Sadaf etc.
