Introduction of Thesis By Muhammad Arslan Aslam

Mr. Muhammad Arslan Aslam Ravian submitted his research thesis of BS (Hons) in Mathematics to the Department of Mathematics Government College University Lahore in the year 2021. The topic of his research thesis is “By using SEIR Fractional Model Discuss The Effect of Covid-19 Epidemic on Pakistan”. Mr.Muhammad Arslan Aslam Ravian conducted this research under the supervision of Doctor Tariq Ismaeel under Roll Number 0558-BH-MATH-17 during the session 2017-2021. Mr. Muhammad Arslan Aslam Ravian dedicated his research thesis to his Parents and family. Mr. Arslan Aslam Ravian divided his research thesis into three chapters.

The name of first chapter is “Formation of Mathematical Model”. In this chapter, he discussed Mathematical Models, model analysis, non negative, boundedness of the Model, Equilibrium points, basic reproductions ratio and local stability analysis. The name of second chapter is “Fractional Model and Numerical Scheme”. In this chapter, Preliminaries, Fractional Model, Numerical Scheme are discussed. The name of chapter three is “Results and Conclusions”. After describing data fitting results and Numerical results, Mr. Arslan Aslam came to his conclusion.

Discussion on COVID19

In this thesis, Mr. Muhammad Arslan Aslam Ravian propose a mathematical model about the effect of COVID-19 epidemic which is a very serious worldwide issue. It effected all over the world badly in every aspect of life. As likely the other countries, it effected on Pakistan as economically and the lives of people. In Pakistan, by publicly report data the first case of COVID-19 positive tested on 27th of February 2020. The purpose of present study is to explain dynamics and mathematical model of COVID19.

By investigating, in Pakistan the spread of COVID-19, we foster the SEIR time fractional model with recently, created by fractional operator of Atanga-Baleanu. By using world health organization (WHO) announced information for Pakistan, he presents briefly investigation of the given model and examine its applications.

COVID-19 infection spread rapidly from 19th march 2020 to 31st march 2020. It is important that we have determined the fundamental reproduction number Xₒ ≈ 2.30748 which shows that infection is spreading quickly. Moreover, disease free equilibrium DFE perform to notice stability analysis of the model and endemic equilibriums EE is analysis to notice the dynamics and transmission of the model. At long last, solve numerically to AB fractional model to determine the effect of different inserted parameters. As α is fractional parameter on the model, different diagrams are plotted. It is important that the base of the investigation, he has anticipated the spread of
COVID-19 for next 200 days.

Sc from Government College of Science Wahdat Road Lahore in 2017. Mr.Muhammad Arslan Aslam Ravian then admitted in Government College University Lahore in 2017 in BS (Hons) Mathematics and obtained the degree of BS (Hons) in 2021.
